Developer Advocate, GitHub
I'm a developer, speaker, and author specialising in DevOps, MLOps, developer process, and software architecture.
What do I do?
I'm a Developer Advocate for GitHub, based in Brisbane, Australia.
After spending 2017 in Toronto Canada, I'm back in sunny Australia, but spend most of my time on the Internet.
Formerly a Cloud Advocate at Microsoft for 4 years, and prior to that a dev at Octopus Deploy and a Microsoft MVP, I have a 20+ year background in software development and consulting in a broad range of industries. In Australia, I co-organised the Brisbane .Net User Group, and launched the annual DDD Brisbane conference.
I regularly speak at conferences, User Groups, and other events around the world and over the Internet.
Most of the time you'll find me talking to developers, IT Pros, and data scientists to help them get the most out of their DevOps and MLOps strategies.
If you'd like me to work with your team or speak at your event, contact me using the details above.
